Bio:

Raised in Kerrville, Jeff joined the MICO team in 1995 and became a shareholder in 2014. He served in the Army Reserves from 1988 to 1996 and played college football at Texas State University. Jeff is a board member of the Riverside Nature Center, a member of the First United Methodist Church and a founding member of the Hill Country Young Men's Business League. Jeff enjoys traveling with his wife Carol and spending time with their kids and granddaughter.

Bio:

Raised in Kerrville, Randy began his career in 1986 working for a number of large national and international accounting firms in San Antonio. He joined the MICO team in 2000 and moved back to his hometown with his wife, Shana. Randy became a shareholder in 2014. He and Shana have raised three wonderful children and enjoy spending time with them and their two grandchildren. When he's not with family and friends or at the office, you'll find him relaxing with a round of golf.

Bio:

Raised in Kerrville, Casey joined the MICO team in 2009 and became a shareholder in 2021. He continues to call the Hill Country home with his wife, Bethany, and their young daughter. Casey serves as Treasurer for Habitat for Humanity - Kerr County and the Association of Property Owners of Riverhill. While he loves spending most days helping clients achieve their goals, he also enjoys the outdoors, golfing and rooting for the Dallas Cowboys and Chicago Cubs.

Bio:

Royce founded MICO with Alan in 1995 and lives in the Hill Country with his wife, Cynthia. Royce also serves as Managing Director at Clear Rock Advisors and is a member of Trinity Baptist Church. Along with a passion for ensuring his clients' success, Royce also enjoys spending time with his family and being outside golfing, fishing and hunting.

Bio:

Hailing from Canoga Park, CA, Cathy moved to Kerrville in 1978 with her husband (and high school sweetheart), Bob. Cathy has been with MICO since day one and originally worked for Royce before he cofounded the firm. She's a member of the Notre Dame Catholic Church and a volunteer at the St. Vincent De Paul food pantry. Cathy loves the beach, springtime, traveling and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Born and raised in Fredericksburg, TX, Kay is a Hill Country native who joined MICO in 2002. When not working with clients, she enjoys an assortment of outdoor sports including golf, skiing, water skiing and equestrian activities.

Born and raised in Fowlerton, TX, Lesa originally moved to Kerrville for college. While in school, she worked for the Kerrville Convention & Visitors Bureau and joined the MICO team in 2000. When Lesa's not at the office, you'll find her at Home Depot for home improvement projects or reading mysteries. She also loves to travel and photograph her adventures.

Bio:

Leslie was born and raised in San Antonio and moved to Kerrville in 1997. The Texas Hill Country has been home to Leslie for 27 years and she joined the MICO team in 2024. Leslie comes to MICO with 19 years of tax, audit, and bookkeeping experience. Her passion is working with local non-profits and currently serves as the Treasurer for Kerrville Pets Alive! and has served on several boards over the years. She is a member of the Notre Dame Catholic Church. When not working Leslie enjoys spending time with her beau Justin, family and friends, dancing and traveling, especially to see her daughter in California.

Originally from California, Hailey settled in Texas in 2011 after living all over the US. After a couple years at a large regional firm and large national accounting firm working in audit staff positions, Hailey joined the MICO team in 2024. Outside of work, she enjoys family time, traveling, reading, and indulging her creativity with crochet.

Born and raised in Kerrville, Jasmin received her accounting degree from Schreiner, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Shortly after graduating, she joined the MICO team in 2020. When not at work, Jasmin loves playing the violin and has been a violinist for 16 years.

Bio:

A longtime resident of the Hill Country, Greyson joined the MICO team in 2024 after graduating from Schreiner University. She is the founder of the Texas Hill Country Beekeepers Association, established in 2015, and continues beekeeping at home. Outside of work, Greyson finds joy in spending time with her family on their property south of Kerrville.

Bio:

Nancy was born in San Antonio and moved to Kerrville in 1985 with her husband, Steve. She joined MICO in 2008 after having worked with other local companies and CPA firms. Nancy loves music and has been involved with local churches music ministries since 1985. She also always looks forward to family time with her children and grandchildren.

Bio:

Originally from Redding, California, Judi moved to Kerrville in 2009. Judi joined the MICO team in 2023. Judi has 3 children and 5 grandchildren, which she refers to as the loves of her life. When Judi's not at the office, she's likely out traveling or spending time with family. She also enjoys reading and volunteering at her church.

Born in Kerrville, but raised all around the States while her dad worked with the VA hospital, Leticia eventually moved back to Kerrville to raise her own family. She joined the MICO team in 2006 and is a member of the Notre Dame Catholic Church, volunteers with youth groups and loves spending time with the local senior community. When she isn't at the office, Leticia enjoys spending time with her husband, Patrick, and her two daughters. She also loves to travel and is on a mission to visit every state in the U.S.

Bio:

Raised in New Braunfels, TX, Dennis lives in Kerrville with his wife, Marie. He served as an officer for four years in the U.S. Air Force and had a banking career spanning 30 years after which he joined MICO as a business consultant for 22 years. Though officially retired, Dennis continues to consult internally for MICO. He and Marie have two children and five grandchildren together, and when he's not at the office, he loves to golf, fly fish and garden.
